Multistory is an interior design firm based in Brooklyn, NY with a sister office in Istanbul, Turkey.

Founded by Interior Designer Eda Stroube and M.S. Architect Ekin Barlas, Multistory is an interdisciplinary design studio that specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects.

At Multistory—with our experience ranging from residential to commercial design—every project is composed to fit each client's personality and needs. We believe that design must function as well as it looks.

Eda Stroube, Principal

Eda Stroube is an Istanbul born, New York-based interior designer. Current projects include a Park Avenue gut renovation, a Southampton decorating project, and the FF&E package for an apartment in Richard Meier’s new Miami development, The Surf Club.

Eda previously worked for Robert A.M. Stern architects, where she sat as part of both the architecture and interior design groups. Projects completed at RAMSA include financial offices in New York, private residences in Southampton and Berlin, and 550 Madison Avenue.

Prior to joining RAMSA, Eda worked at Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects, PC. There she was involved in a range of projects, but specialized in office design. Projects completed while at GKV include the offices for the Human Resources Administration, spanning 15 floors at 4 World Trade Center, the office design for Amtrust Financial, and a multitude of other financial and law office spaces. Fluent in Turkish and Italian, Eda also worked on the design resources for Garanti Bank, a 45,000 sf banking space in Istanbul, Turkey.

Mrs. Stroube holds a BFA in Interior Design from Pratt Institute.
